SEVASTOPOL / ARCHIVE
Privacy and cookies
This is an archive of Sevastopol's music, photos and live performances. It requires no account and has no forms, advertising, marketing pixels or analytics tools in its site code.
External audio players
Spotify and YouTube players do not load automatically. Spotify connects only after selecting “Load Spotify player”. Selecting an album cover loads its YouTube playlist in place, using youtube-nocookie.com. Once activated, Spotify or YouTube (Google) may receive technical connection information and use cookies under their own policies. You can close either player without losing access to the archive. This choice is not stored between visits.

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, YouTube, Bandcamp and Facebook open independent services with their own privacy policies. YouTube, Bandcamp and Facebook logos and the official Apple Music badge are stored on this website rather than loaded from those providers.
Cookies and technical data
The website code sets no first-party tracking cookies and stores no consent preference in your browser. The hosting server may process technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service, including IP addresses and access logs. Log processing depends on the hosting configuration.

Photographs and historical archive
The archive contains photographs of Sevastopol concerts and rehearsals in 2012 and 2013, sourced from band members' own collections and earlier public posts by other bands. Its purpose is to document the band's musical history. Some photographs show identifiable people. Facial recognition and profiling are not used.
Where a data-protection legal basis is required, the legitimate interest in preserving and sharing musical history (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) must be assessed for each image and balanced against the rights of people pictured. A photograph's previous appearance online does not automatically grant permission to reproduce it or imply consent from everyone pictured.
Retention and your rights
Photographs are kept while they are relevant to the historical archive and a valid basis for publication exists. They will be reviewed or removed where required following a rights or copyright request. Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions.
